Brewing instruction :

- Place 1 filter bag into 1,000 – 1,500 ml of water (1:100 – 1:150 ratio)

- Pop it in the fridge to brew overnight

- Remove the filter bag and enjoy it nice and cold

- Feel free to adjust the amount of water to suit your personal taste

- Pro tip: For the best taste, use mineral water when brewing your tea. Its natural minerals enhance the tea’s delicate aromas and flavors.

- 3 to 5 business days for mainland France via the selected carrier.
- 5 to 10 business days for Europe via the selected carrier.

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, particularly during peak transit periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. We make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, but any such delays remain beyond our control. Customs or import duties, where applicable, are the recipient's responsibility and may also extend delivery times.

Coffee & Tea:

Perishable goods and items subject to rapid deterioration are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal, pursuant to Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

To safeguard quality, hygiene, and food safety, bags or tins of coffee and tea that have been opened, unsealed, or handled after delivery are strictly non-returnable.

All Other Items — 14-Day Return Policy:

For eligible non-perishable goods, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your decision to return your purchase, with no justification required.

Following your notification, you have an additional 14 days to dispatch the items back to us. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise provided by law.

You are entitled to inspect the item to verify its nature, characteristics, and functionality. However, if an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and exhibits diminished value, an appropriate deduction may be applied to your refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you prefer a different item or variant, please return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order on our store.

Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@coffeedoo.fr so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Damaged Parcels:
If your parcel arrives damaged, please report the damage directly to the courier upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours at contact@coffeedoo.fr with supporting photos. Without this documentation, we cannot open an official claim with the carrier.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
